Natalie Hand attended East Texas Baptist University on an academic and cheerleading scholarship while majoring in Church Careers. During her time at ETBU, Natalie developed a heart for helping others, specifically youth and senior adults. She served as a Youth Minister for several churches in the Tyler and Dallas area along with serving as the Baptist Student Ministry Leader for Senior Adults at ETBU. With that experience, Natalie decided to pursue a career in Counseling. She received her Master of Arts in Counseling at Stephen F. Austin State University with her LPC certification, School Administration (Principal Certification) from the University of Texas at Tyler, and her PhD in Psychology and Christian Counseling from Louisiana Baptist University.
Throughout the last 22 years she has served alongside her husband, Leland Hand, in surrounding East Texas area schools as a Counselor for every grade level. Natalie and her husband currently live on Toledo Bend and have a son, Brayden in College Station who is majoring in Architecture, along with two adorable English Bulldogs Luka and Mercedes. She enjoys being outdoors, traveling, running, attending Texas Rangers Ballgames, going to concerts, watching scary movies and eating at her favorite seafood restaurant-Pappadeaux’s. Natalie has an open door policy and welcomes everyone!
